Translating strategy into meaningful, multi-channel creative solutions.

Navigating ambiguity with agility and promoting a culture of ongoing learning and creative innovation.

Contributing to a high-performance environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

Keeping pace with the latest developments in AI and creative tech to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

A portfolio is required.

8+ years of experience in creative, communications, or marketing execution.

5+ years overseeing copy within digital or online creative environments; retail experience is a bonus.

Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools or platforms used in content creation or marketing.

Familiarity with AI writing technologies like ChatGPT and similar platforms.

Strong ability to assess complex systems, identify opportunities, and develop clear, actionable solutions.

Exceptional organizational skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead projects, communicate clearly, and work independently.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving landscape of AI, marketing, retail, and ecommerce.

High emotional intelligence with excellent collaboration skills-skilled at aligning across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

Deep enthusiasm for AI and a genuine passion for writing.
