We are looking for a bright, organized individual to provide office and administrative support for 6 to 8 weeks to assist our administrative staff with day to day office operations.

Office Internship - $17-$20 per hour

Responsibilities include:

+ Administration of customer database and files, complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

+ Providing administrative support to arborists (our sales team), management and general office assistant responsibilities

+ Organization of office paperwork and file systems

+ Make phone calls for call-ahead services and alert clients by email where appropriate.

+ Answer phones, providing a positive & professional customer experience

Requirements

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Database Systems desired (we will train on our programs).

+ Work completed towards associates degree or higher is preferred.

+ Accuracy and attention to detail a must

+ Organizational and communication skills to be able to handle multiple projects efficiently and asking questions of staff as needed.

+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
