**Job Summary** : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities** :

+ Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.

+ Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and Key Performance Indicators.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

+ Monitor and analyze job costs, including labor, materials, and overhead.

+ Prepare and maintain job cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

+ Collaborate with project managers to review job cost performance and provide financial insights.

+ Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

+ Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.

+ Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications** :

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., COINS, SAP, Oracle, Onestream etc).

+ Experience with Microsoft Power Bi a plus.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Mechanical Contractor Industry related background preferred.

Compensation Range:** **$80,000-$100,000/year depending on experience
