Description
+ Provides leadership and direction for the 4 manufacturing operations teams across North America
+ Aligned to the global and North America Supply Chain strategy and is responsible for meeting/exceeding all manufacturing KPI’s in terms of safety, cost and efficiency, productivity, environmental, service, quality, inventory and talent for the NA manufacturing facilities in Melville, Northtec, Blaine and Canada
+ Develops long term strategy for each plant and overall region which is aligned to the Global Manufacturing and Network strategy and manages projects to deliver the goals identified in the strategy. This includes development and effective management of the capital investment budget and ensuring that the correct infrastructure and operating models are in place to complete the initiatives and projects successfully and on time.
+ Works closely with peer group in Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics, Inventory, Quality, EHS and HR. Continually seeks continuous improvement opportunities including cost optimization and liaises with regional counterparts to ensure the consistent adaption of manufacturing and engineering best practices.
+ Plays a key role in the development of the global manufacturing long term strategy via participation in the Global Manufacturing Leadership team.
+ Leads the Prestige Performance System adoption and maturity across NA Manufacturing. Participates in global and North America Monthly Operational Review and Monthly Strategy Review meetings to drive transformation.
+ Develops site Master Plans, including expansions and optimizations, in alignment with Manufacturing Network strategies, Brand growth strategies to assure appropriate capabilities are in place where and when needed.
