Salary: $640 / Week

The School Aide / Paraprofessional is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

Start/End Date: August 2025 - End of the School Year

Grade Level: K-8th

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active Illinois Paraprofessional License Required

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
