SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Hybrid, 2nd week of each month is in the office in addition to days as needed for onsite initiatives.
Responsible for leading clinical quality value analysis initiatives, optimizing workflow within clinical quality value analysis, and preserving the clinical quality value analysis process. This role requires monthly onsite presence to support the Director of Clinical Quality Value Analysis, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and other key stakeholders within the clinical quality value analysis program.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:** The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
+ Voice of program operations, gather and provide information with dyad leaders.
+ Coach and mentor end users and requestors.
+ Review clinical trends as well as CQVA trends.
+ Maintain best practice for CQVA program.
+ Expert in change management.
+ Lead and support change initiatives while prioritizing stakeholder needs to maintain the integrity and stability of the CQVA process.
+ Act as a change champion by proactively preparing clinicians for the adoption of new products, supplies, or technologies.
+ Provides benchmarking criteria and data analysis for initiatives.
+ Facilitate clinical discussions to ensure all data and evidence is considered prior to implementations of new initiative change.
+ Investigates initiatives to eliminate gaps in data and provide complete clinical picture to support best quality and fiscal maximize quality, cost-effectiveness, and outcomes by educating and engaging key stakeholders in the CQVA process.
+ Strategically expands the CQVA framework to support effective implementation, utilization, and continuous improvement.
+ Maintain and grow the CQVA process to include implementation and utilization strategically measuring financial impact.
+ Facilitate conversations with operations teams to develop plan for implementation of initiatives.
+ Collaborate with clinician stakeholders to describe clinical resources needed for initiative implementation.
+ Assist in acquiring clinical team to develop initiative implementation.
+ Support development of launch package for new initiatives.
+ Prioritize new product implementation using prioritization tool.
+ Analyze information from multiple resources to align with strategic priorities.
+ Support / lead Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) projects and is supportive of GPO contracts and processes.
+ Leverage multiple software applications to analyze data, manage initiatives, and create impactful presentations.
+ Design, implement, and enforce standardized protocols to optimize the use of selected products, services, and processes in collaboration with department managers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Five (5) years of Clinical experience required.
+ Minimum six (6) month's cumulative value analysis or product implementation experience
+ Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Two (2) years experience in formal Clinical Quality Value Analysis role.
+ Certification in recognized project management program (Lean, Kaizen event leader, green belt)
+ CVAHP certification as soon as eligible to sit for exam
+ Master degree or 20 years or more of clinical experience
