**Job Type:** Full time

**Shift(s) Available:** 3rd shift (8:30 pm - 6 30 am Sun- Wed)

**Compensation:** $26.93/hr

**Sign-on bonus:** $1,500

Principal Accountabilities:

+ Adhere to all safety requirements, including use of PPE, area inspections, hazard recognition, and pre-operational equipment inspections.

+ Address or report hazards found, report deficiencies found with equipment, input work requests into SAP

+ Perform tasks in the mining cycle, to facilitate the safe and efficient mining of salt.

+ Perform any task assigned by Production Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

+ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa, or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

+ Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

+ Must be able to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)

+ High school degree or GED Equivalent

+ Must be able and willing to perform with or without reasonable accommodation: working underground (up to 1800 feet), which involves bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

+ Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment

+ Able to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, and different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in production related work

+ Basic Computer skills
