Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Lex developer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Amazon Lex developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrating them with various platforms and services. You will work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, test, and deploy conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and integrate them with various platforms and services.
+ Work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
+ Design and implement Amazon Lex bots based on provided specifications and requirements.
+ Define intents, utterances, and slots to create conversational flows that align with user interactions.
+ Integrate Amazon Lex bots with backend services using AWS Lambda functions or other AWS services.
+ Develop and maintain conversational UI/UX designs to optimize user experience and engagement.
+ Write and maintain technical documentation related to Amazon Lex configurations, integrations, and deployments.
+ Conduct testing and debugging of Amazon Lex bots to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.
+ Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices related to Amazon Lex development.
Required Skills:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ Proven experience developing and deploying conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex.
+ Strong proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Amazon Q, DynamoDB, etc.
+ Experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
+ Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
+ Ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
