Pega’s Return-to-Work program is a 16-week paid “Returnship” for experienced professionals who have **at least 5 years of experience and are returning to the workforce after taking at least a 1-year hiatus** . The GTM Technology team plays a critical role within the GTM Analytics, Process and Technology organization at Pega. We deliver solutions that empower our colleagues to effectively complete their work by leveraging a combination of software and technology provided by external vendors. This team is comprised of smart, forward-thinking individuals who take full ownership of their areas of expertise. We are trusted advisors who deliver results that meet and exceed business needs. As a team at the forefront of technology adoption, we're actively implementing GenAI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and drive strategic business outcomes.

Picture Yourself at Pega:

You are responsible for working alongside the Sr. Manager of GTM Technology & Operations to build and optimize the GTM technology stack to drive capabilities that meet our corporate strategy for the best ROI and overall efficiency. You will interact across teams to ensure our technology investments are being maximized, adopted, and scaled across the enterprise. You'll play a key role in our approach to technology implementation, helping to create a unified GTM technology stack that aligns across sales and marketing.

What You'll Do at Pega:

+ Serve as administrative support for a variety of GTM tools and platforms

+ Assist with measuring adoption and usage to determine which tools are most valuable and where improvements can be made to increase engagement

+ Collect feedback from users to inform decisions about tool enhancements; and address and problem solve issues that users may be experiencing

+ Assist with documenting user guides and standard operating procedures
