Description of the role: The Service Manager, specializing in imports, with a strong background in dealership service management will oversee the daily operations of multiple brands. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, and profitability.  Responsibilities: * Manage the daily operations of the service department to ensure the operation runs smoothly and meets or exceeds targets. * Lead, motivate, and support a team of technicians and service advisors.  * Drive the department's financial performance by increasing customer pay, maximizing hours per repair order, and managing inventory efficiently. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. * Collaborate with parts and sales departments to streamline operations and communication. * Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. * Train and develop service department staff. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership. * Technical proficiency and understanding of import vehicles. * Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures. * Excellent leadership skills to motivate team and maintain a positive work environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. * Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
