    Lookout Bar and Grill Manager

     

    Join our team at the Lookout Bar and Grill -a fast paced seasonal outdoor restaurant with breathtaking Lake George views.The Restaurant Manager works with our F&B director and chefs to ensure that the guests receive the highest quality in food service and overall experience and is responsible for overall operations,employee management, budget & inventory control.

     

    Schedules, trains and supervises all employees

     

    Trains and assists team leaders to properly merchandise stores

     

    Reorders inventory as needed

     

    Participates in marketing efforts to increase stores attendance

     

    Oversees cleanliness of the store

     

    Helps establish profit center budget

     

    Implements and maintains cost-control measures

     

    Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience.
