    Overview

     

    Role: School Custodial Supervisor

     

    Pay Rate:$27-28/hr

     

    Hours: Mon-Fri (3pm-11pm)

     

    Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you'll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff.     Responsibilities

    + Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.

    + Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.

    + Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.

    + Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.

    + Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.

    + Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.

    + Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    + 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.

    + Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

    + Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.

    + Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.

    + Must be able to work around cleaning products.

    + Must reside within the service area.

    + Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.

    + Must provide a criminal background check.
