    A day in the life:

    + Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of domestic water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes

    + Assist with sheet metal products and ductwork for commercial projects as well as assist with any other tasks needed to complete the project

    You should have:

    + Journeymen or Master’s license (preferred, but not required)

    + Backflow License (preferred, but not required)

    + Med-Gas Certification (preferred, but not required)

    + Completion of applicable trade school (preferred, but not required)

    + Experience with layouts

    + Knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC) and general safety regulations
