    What we need to see:

+ Deep expertise in advanced FinFET technology nodes (5nm, 3nm+), reliability physics, and both intrinsic and extrinsic failure mechanisms.

+ Hands on experience in qualifying silicon across advanced packaging technologies (2.5D, 3D, dielets), addressing chip, package, chip-package interactions and board-level reliability.

+ Proficiency in reliability statistics, reliability acceleration models, and failure rate estimates.

+ Proven understanding of ATE test methodologies, electrical parameters, and drift analysis.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with circuit design, process, and packaging teams, as well as foundry and assembly suppliers.

+ Expertise in industry standards (JEDEC, AEC) and application-specific reliability requirements for PC, data center, industrial, and automotive sectors.

+ Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives, making strategic decisions, and scaling reliability teams in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives, customers, and industry panels.

+ Minimum 15 overall years of semiconductor reliability experience, including 10+ years in management roles and at least 3 years as a director or higher.

+ Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Physics; PhD preferred.
