Qualifications & Experience

•** **What You’ll Be Doing

As our **Retail Shift Lead** , you’ll be a hands-on leader who keeps the store running smoothly and guests feeling inspired. From team training to guest interactions, you’ll ensure every visitor has a seamless, magical experience from start to finish.

+ 🧑‍💼 Serve as **Supervisor on Duty** , supporting all areas — Retail, Admissions, Attractions, and Food & Beverage

+ 🎯 Guide, coach, and motivate the team to be “guest-obsessed” and deliver world-class customer service

+ 🧾 Manage queues and optimize guest flow with confidence and positivity

+ 🎓 Lead training in key areas like retail standards, guest safety, and team engagement

+ 💬 Handle guest concerns with professionalism and LEGOLAND charm

+ 📋 Assist with daily operations like inventory control, stock management, and schedule planning

+ 🧱 Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

+ 💡 Jump in on the floor when needed — leading by example and always bringing the fun!

•** **What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or GED required 🎓

+ 6+ months of experience in **retail, attractions, or hospitality** settings preferred 🛍️

+ You love working with kids and families — and it shows in your energy and approach! 🎈

+ Strong communication and leadership skills – you're the one people turn to for guidance 💪

+ A calm, confident, and positive attitude in fast-paced situations

+ Comfortable working flexible hours including **mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays**
