• Laboratory Associate (Rich Lab)

    We seek a Laboratory associate to carry out a research project focusing on the neural basis of cognitive and emotional processing. The laboratory uses behavioral and neurophysiological techniques. The Laboratory Associate will participate in data collection and analysis, as well as day-to-day activities in the laboratory. Specific activities may include training animals in behavioral tasks, analyzing neurophysiological data, and maintaining research records.

     

    In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $58,656- $61,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer .

     

    A bachelor's degree in neuroscience, psychology, biology, or related field is required. 1+ years of laboratory experience in animal behavior is also required.
