The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Graphic Designer (Digital) is responsible for the execution of creative and digital deliverables. This position reports to the Manager of Creative Services. This position supports the Senior Manager of Creative Services in concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget. The Senior Visual Designer works directly with the Creative Services team and other creative team members to brainstorm for innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience and budget, directly contributing to project design and development, creating storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceiving functional design solutions. The individual filling this position creates and develops a wide range of digital projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video and interactive media.

Support the Manager of Creative Services in concept and creative development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget.
Work directly with the Manager of Creative Services and other creative team members and clients to brainstorm for innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience and budget, directly contributing to project design and development, creating storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceiving functional design solutions.
Create and develop a wide range of digital and print projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video, interactive media and print.
Works with Manager of Creative Services to manage outsourced projects.
Adhere to and maintain brand standards and its integral role in the organization, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables and art direction of collateral, campaigns and photo and video shoots as needed.
Build and maintain positive rapport with clients and team members, partner agencies, photographers and other vendors.
Maintain accurate and orderly records of jobs produced and attaching final artwork to closed jobs electronically in the Creative Management software program, delivering hard copy files to production/traffic manager upon job completion and in a timely manner.
Monitor and update the status of jobs assigned on a daily basis through the utilization of Creative Management software program and communicates to leadership and/or production/traffic manager if a project will not be completed on schedule.
Mentors junior team members by assisting with conceptualization and execution and ensures that projects adhere to brand standards.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:
**Minimum qualifications** :
Bachelors in Graphic Design, Visual Art and/or related field required
5 years in visual/graphic design
