Detailed Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is an onsite position within our Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, with a particular emphasis on Cisco technologies and Meraki solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.

+ Monitor and manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

+ Support and configure Cisco and Meraki network devices.

+ Ensure network security through appropriate configurations and monitoring.

+ Collaborate with team members to address network-related issues and projects.

+ Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

+ Experience: Proven experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.

+ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and Meraki solutions.

+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

+ Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Availability: Willingness to work onsite in Tampa, Florida.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Certification: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a plus.

+ Experience with network monitoring tools and software.
