_What’s the job?_

Under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor and/or Line Lead, the Production Operator is accountable for performing required tasks necessary to meet production goals on a production line in a team-oriented environment. This is done with an emphasis on the following:

1. Employee Safety

2. Product Quality

3. Production Efficiencies

+ Follow standard operating procedures and recipes

+ Set up line following established equipment settings

+ Fill out maintenance work orders and assists Maintenance Technicians as needed

+ Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring product standards are being followed

+ Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing CI tools

+ Track and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

**Compensation:** 24.93 an hour

_What do you bring?_

+ High School Diploma is preferred

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

+ Work experience in manufacturing with Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement

+ Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment
