Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Compensation: $210,000 to $220,000 annual salary plus 20% incentive target

We're currently developing a portfolio of AI-powered products and platforms designed to make alternative dispute resolution (ADR) faster, more efficient, and more effective for users across industries. The Opportunity
As Vice President of Marketing Strategy, you won’t just be joining a team—you’ll be helping to build one of the most ambitious and forward-looking marketing organizations in the legal tech space. This is your chance help shape the marketing engine that drives both growth and transformation at AAA.
You will be a strategic architect and operational leader behind our expansion into new markets and digital products. You’ll influence and guide how we engage with law firms, corporations, tech partners, and the broader business ecosystem—using data, insight, and creative storytelling to bring our mission to life.
In this role, you'll also play a central part in bringing our new suite of AI-enabled solutions to market—telling the story of how technology and human judgment come together to deliver faster, smarter, and more accessible justice.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Market Expansion: Architect and implement cross-functional marketing strategies that align with our five-year vision and expand our footprint across legal, corporate, and global dispute sectors.
Own the Demand Engine: Lead the full-funnel performance marketing strategy—driving awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention with KPIs tied to revenue and product adoption.
Deliver Insight-Driven Guidance: Source, identify, and translate market data, customer intelligence, and behavioral analytics into strategies that educate, influence, and convert key stakeholders like GCs, legal ops, and neutrals.
Champion Innovation in Marketing Tech: Integrate the latest AI tools, automation platforms, and content generation technologies to streamline the marketing lifecycle and personalize user journeys at scale.
Foster Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner with Sales, Innovation, Technology, Product and teams to ensure alignment on message-market fit and launch success.
Expand Reach: Oversee paid media efforts, sponsorships, and event activations to drive reach, impact, and deliver on business KPIs
Grow and Scale the Team: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across campaign operations, analytics, content, creative, and digital—establishing AAA as a best-in-class employer brand within legal tech.

Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services
+ Proven track record of launching and scaling high-impact GTM programs
+ Expertise in full-funnel demand generation, campaign management, and content marketing
+ Proficiency in marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI)
+ Deep familiarity with legal industry personas and enterprise sales cycles
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and strategic storytelling abilities
+ Familiarity with building positive ROAS models across paid platforms, and extracting measurable value from owned and earned outlets
+ Leadership and Management experience building and coaching teams
Bonus Skills & Emerging Capabilities
+ Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies or trial-based SaaS models
+ Comfort with A/B testing frameworks and rapid experimentation
+ Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools
+ Experience integrating social-first storytelling (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) into B2B narratives
+ Background in leading marketing operations during organizational transformation or rebrand efforts
