ADP is hiring a Franchise & Affiliations Brand Effectiveness Manager
**Be part of a NEW role within Global Enterprise Sales & ADP! In this role, you will…** work on creating sales enablement strategy cross BU to deliver productivity from our Global Enterprise Franchise & Afilliation partnerships.
Daily, you will work with sales teams to provide education, tools and accountability to go after franchise accounts in their territory. You will be the voice of GES and our partnerships to the other business units to leverage our partnerships to help sellers gain new marketshare within these brands.

What you’ll do:
**Grow Our Business While Growing Yours.** You will work independently and collaboratively with ADP business unit partners to educate and enable sales associates to drive unit and dollar productivity from Global Enterprise franchise & affiliation partnerships.
**Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans Through Sales Enablement.** You will implement a sales strategy targeted to help field and digital sellers cultivate new opportunity from prospects within our brand partnerships.
**Collaborate Daily.** You will serve as a liaison and leader cross BU to enable the sales teams to understand the partnerships we have and drive new opportunity from the relationships.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
+ **Positive Self-Starter.** You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection. You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them. In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone in a way to get other to act. This is a newly created role and you will be part of building out the program, processes and definition of success.
+ **Leadership Experience.** You have sales and leadership experience to understand the dynamics of sellers today and what they need to engage and sell buyers. You have proven success in driving accountability to the expectations set.
+ **Proven Winner.** You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales expectations but exceed them.
+ **A Deep Understanding of Channels and Centers of Influence:** You have proven success with channel relationships and how to gain referrals and build off that network so you can enable sales associates to do the same
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
+ 3 years+ of prior work experience in sales, operations or internal ADP business units

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $66,100.00 - $143,100.00 / Year
