**What You Will Do** :

+ As a NetApp Storage Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the NetApp storage infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security, while optimizing performance and capacity.

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

+ Experience with NetApp storage technologies and concepts.

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Experience troubleshooting storage issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize storage performance.

+ Experience performing capacity planning and forecasting to ensure storage resources are available to meet business needs.

+ Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.

+ Experience with the security and compliance of the storage infrastructure, implementing appropriate security hardening measures and following DISA best practices.

+ Experience providing technical support to internal teams and customers regarding NetApp storage solutions.

+ Experience with SAN, NAS, and iSCSI, Snapmirror, SVMDR, Flexcache, Snapcenter and Unified Manager and BlueXP.

+ Certifications: NetApp certifications (e.g., NCDA)

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
