    SUMMARY:

    The Shop Worker position consists of working in areas of Crimping wire, refurbish Tac Ons and refurbish distro cages.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Some tasks include working on crimping wire, refurbishing tac-ons and distro cages

    + Will be assigned to a tool box and all the necessary tools needed to accomplish the finished product.

    + Keeping a clean and organized shop

    + Adhere to OSHA safety rules and use of equipment – hard hats, etc.

    + Adhere to Power Plus safety and quality standards when setting and/or picking up equipment

    + Other duties may be assigned as business needs require

    COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:

    + Mechanically inclined with ability to build and repair electrical equipment.

    + Able to use all power and hand tools safely.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised.

    + Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    + An ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Strong team player.

    + Provide quality work product and attention to detail.

    + Ability to see tasks through to completion.

    + Must be able to read tape measure

    *Pay Range: $16.00-$17.00/hr
