Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled _Industrial Maintenance Technician_ to keep our production equipment running smoothly through expert troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on a rotating night shift (2-2-3 schedule) offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform daily line checks; add tasks as needed

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

+ Prioritize work orders and procure parts when necessary

+ Plan, schedule, and execute improvement projects

+ Modify, weld, and fabricate equipment as needed

+ Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff

+ Maintain high standards for safety (including LOTO procedures) and quality assurance

+ Follow all manufacturer guidelines and company procedures

Electrical Skills Required

+ Understanding of Delta, Wye, Wye-Delta Start, and Ohm’s Law

+ Strong schematic reading skills (voltage, motor, heater, and extruder schematics)

+ Ability to interpret and apply electrical symbols

+ Proficiency in calculating voltage, current, and resistance

+ Skilled in troubleshooting motors, starters, heaters, and extruders
