Job Opportunity: Mixer Truck Driver

We are excited to offer opportunities for Mixer Truck Drivers to join our team at our Kalispell, MT facility.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Safely deliver materials to customers and contractors.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Maintain accurate paperwork and logbooks.
+ Ensure compliance with D.O.T. regulations.
+ Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections.
+ Identify and report mechanical or safety issues promptly.
+ Comply with federal and state traffic laws.
+ Maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance.
+ Occasionally participate in labor assignments.
+ Work effectively under the direction of Dispatch and Construction Supervisors.
+ Always maintain a safety-first mindset.
Qualifications:
+ Valid Class B or Class A CDL Driver’s License required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of driving experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience in construction is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
+ Repeatedly enter and exit the truck throughout the shift.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs. and 25 lbs. regularly.
+ Push/pull up to 50 lbs. at least twice daily.
+ Perform repetitive movements quickly and safely.
+ Sit or stand for extended periods.
+ Bend, kneel, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as needed.
+ Climb ladders or steps.
+ Tolerate all weather conditions, loud environments, and vibrations.
+ Continuous sitting
+ Rarely bending/stooping
+ Frequent reaching
+ Occasional fine manipulation
+ Continuous use of Foot controls
+ Frequent grasping controls
+ Rarely climbing
+ Frequent push/pull
+ Occasional standing, walking, and balancing
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Hourly Rate: Based on experience.
+ Medical Insurance:
+ Year 1: Employer covers 80% of family premiums.
+ Years 2 & 3: Employer covers 90%.
+ Year 4+: Employer covers 100%.
+ Employer contributions to HSA for High Deductible Health Plan participants.
+ Dental & Vision Insurance: Cost-share at 50/50.
