Hiring Travel Nurses (RN) – Premium Rates!

Join our team of travel nurses (RN) where you can build the flexible schedule that works for you! Weekends, weekdays, evenings – we will work with your availability.

**This position is a 13-week commitment (with option to extend) that allows you the flexibility to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties** .

We provide a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.

As a Travel Nurse with BAYADA at Inspira you will:

+ Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home.

+ Conduct admissions (Start of Care) visits as well as perform case management as needed.

+ Perform multiple visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.

+ Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.

+ Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

Requirements:

+ Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ.

+ **Previous home health experience required.**

+ **Must commit to a 13-week assignment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month.**

+ **OASIS experience required; previous HCHB experience preferred.**

+ Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.

+ Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Compensation:

+ Based on experience and type of visit.

+ _$170-175 for Start of Care (SOC) visits_
