What Are We Looking For

+ Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.

+ 2-3 years in B2B sales management with Sales Operations or Sales Enablement experience.

+ Proven track record of influencing Sales Leaders and executives.

+ Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, provide coaching, and inspire performance improvement.

+ Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

+ Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train and convey their value.
