Description
Are you passionate about driving systemic improvements in early childhood ecosystems? The UCLA Center for Healthier Children, Families, and Communities is looking for a Knowledge to Action Coordinator for Ecosystem Learning Networks. This position plays a critical role in facilitating learning exchanges, translating data into actionable insights, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to create meaningful community change. The coordinator will work closely with subject matter experts, leaders in the field, and community members committed to improving the health and development of children in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Salary Range: $54,500 - $103,100 Annually
Qualifications
Required:
+ Associates degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
+ Thorough knowledge of functional area and understanding of how work may impact other areas.
+ Thorough analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
+ Thorough and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
+ Thorough knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
+ Thorough knowledge of and skill in delivering programs.
+ Thorough knowledge of current community educational programs and trends.
+ Thorough skills to conduct needs assessment and development of new presentations / courses to meet organizational needs.
+ Skill in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments, i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively across sectors with diverse stakeholders.
+ Strong facilitation and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred:
+ Familiarity with improvement science, theories of change, and ecosystem-level strategies.
+ Experience with collaborative learning networks and community coalitions.
+ Background in early childhood education, health, or social services.
+ Familiarity with survey tools and reporting platforms.
+ Knowledge of program and initiative evaluation methods.
