    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will process vehicle titles, using the respective states/agencies guidelines, ensuring transferability to buyers in an efficient and accurate manner. We seek an enthusiastic, self-driven individual with a genuine passion for both vehicles and people. Ideal candidates will have prior title experience, showcasing strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Process vehicle titles and other paperwork, in accordance with state guidelines, generated during auction sale

    + Organize, accurately record, and file completed vehicle sales

    + Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies specific to titles and/or other matters

    + Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

    + Communicate and coordinate with various parties involved in the title process

    + Perform other duties as assigned by management

    Required Experience:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

    + Minimum 1-2 years processing vehicle registration paperwork strongly preferred

    + Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment

    + Excellent customer service

    + Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

    + Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Intermediate computer skills

    + Ability to sit for long periods of time, and walk/stand regularly

    + Ability to lift 1-15 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., stooping, bending kneeling)

    + Ability to pass pre-employment screening
