    Salary: 17.75/hour minimum

    Report Times: 8:00am - 3:30pm

    Daily Hours: 7.5 (7 Paid)

     

    Work Year: 39 weeks

     

    Supervisor: Building Principal

     

    Civil Service Title: Office Clerk IV

    Minimum Requirements:

    Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.

     

    NOTE: Where education is lacking, clerical experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. a year-for-year basis.

    Desired Qualifications:

    Strong computer knowledge and experience particularly with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Infinite Campus and Frontline;

     

    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and task manage while adhering to both district and state guidelines/timelines;

     

    Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, staff, and families;

     

    Strong clerical aptitude, accuracy, neatness, and follow through;

     

    Complete all work with a high degree of quality, efficiency and confidentiality.

    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;

     

    Willingness to participate in district provided professional development and training;

     

    Providing clerical support for the 504 Committee and Committee on Special Education;

     

    Setting up and scheduling 504 and CSE meeting;

     

    Managing confidential student information;

     

    Data entry into Frontline IEP Direct;

     

    Copying and filing as needed;

     

    Mailing correspondence;

     

    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
