    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a Post Folder Gluer to join their team. As a Post Folder Gluer, you will be part of the production department supporting the quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical ability, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range: Negotiable

     

    Shift: 2nd

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and maintain folder gluing machinery to ensure efficient production.

    + Apply glue applications accurately to meet production specifications.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

    + Collaborate with team members to enhance production processes.

    + Ensure quality control by paying attention to detail throughout the production cycle.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven mechanical ability and experience with tooling.

    + Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.

    + Attention to detail to ensure high-quality production standards.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
