Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Technician I to join their team. As a Plating Technician I, you will be part of the production department supporting the metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Plating Technician I 2nd Shift

**Location:** Lincoln, NH

**Pay Range:** $20.44 per hour with a $3.50 shift differential for 2nd shift

What's the Job?

+ Load and unload tote pans of parts, ensuring proper handling and processing.

+ Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas while monitoring solution temperatures.

+ Physically inspect processed parts to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Document daily production logs and assist with chemical handling as needed.

+ Perform troubleshooting for simple to moderate problems related to processing.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience or training is acceptable.

+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.

+ Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculating rates and percentages.

+ Understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes.

+ Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
