    Sales Representative - Direct Hire

     

    Our client, a leading provider in the Industrial Services sector, is seeking an experienced **Sales Representative** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of industrial processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will work directly with manufacturers, internal teams, and purchasing departments to identify their needs and present tailored heat treatment solutions.

     

    **Job Title:** Sales Representative

    **Location:** De Pere, WI

    **Pay Range:** Competitive base salary + commission PLUS travel allowance

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

    + Conduct on-site visits, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable treatment services.

    + Help prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical data.

    + Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in heat treatment or metal processing.

    + Technical background or understanding of metallurgy, manufacturing, or engineering.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    + Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.

    + Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.
