Our client, a dynamic organization in the finance sector, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Create requisitions to produce Purchase Orders in the PeopleSoft system.

+ Process payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.

+ Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

+ Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts receivable processes.

+ Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

+ Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar financial software.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
