    Our client is seeking machine operators to work in the aviation sector.

     

    This is a high tech, bright, and clean work environment.

     

    Prior Machine Operation experience is required for the entry level roles and former CNC experience is required for advanced roles.

     

    **Location: Carroll, IA **

     

    Job Title:** **Machine Operator

     

    Pay Range:** **see below

    _ENTRY LEVEL - Basic Machine Operation_

    + **Hours/Pay: Entry Level** **· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM ($20.00/hour)** **· 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM ($20.50/hour)**

    _Advanced Experience – CNC Machines_

    + **1st Shift- 6AM-2PM -CNC experience only** **($24.00 hour)**

    + **2nd Shift -** **-** **2PM-10PM -CNC experience only** **($25.50 hour)**

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Set up and operate precision manual and/or computerized machining centers according to standard work

    + Adjust machine feed/spindle speeds and the changing of tooling and cutters per machine

    + Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

    + Work with small parts and tolerances.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + Eligible to work in the US

    + Ability to learn to read and understand blueprints, training available

    + Computer Experience needed, basic email, Microsoft systems knowledge

    + Basic MATH skills, decimals primarily

    + Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
