• Production Operator 2nd Shift

    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator-2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator-2nd shift

    **Location:** Austin, TX

    **Pay Range:** $19.44 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform production line and material handling tasks while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

    + Inspect components, materials, and final products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

    + Document production processes, lot changes, and cleaning operations accurately and timely.

    + Identify non-conforming products and provide feedback on process issues to enhance quality.

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and maintain high standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School education or equivalent required.

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

    + Basic mathematical skills for performing calculations related to production.

    + Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments.

    + Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
