Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a knack for problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Analyst

**Location:** Culver City, CA

What's the Job?

+ Manage the invoicing process, including onboarding new vendors and reviewing invoices.

+ Oversee artist budgets and manage the approval flow while communicating with key partners.

+ Review PO requests for accuracy of all data input and output from internal PO systems.

+ Analyze and reconcile large volumes of data effectively.

+ Adapt to changes and promote efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum 3+ years of experience in vendor and invoice management.

+ Proficient in MS Excel with unparalleled multitasking abilities.

+ Experience working with and managing budgets.

+ Effective and collaborative communication skills (both written and verbal).

+ Top-notch critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
