Our client, a leader in cloud computing technologies, is seeking a Computer Hardware Technician to join their team. As a Computer Hardware Technician, you will be part of the datacenter technical support department, supporting various teams in maintaining cutting-edge server technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Computer Hardware Technician

**Location:** Dublin, OH

**Pay Range:** $25/HR on Experis W2

Schedule:

+ 12-hour shifts – 3 days one week, 4 days next week

+ Day shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST

+ Night shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM EST

+ Sun-Wed (Front Half) / Wed-Sat (Back Half)

What's the Job?

+ Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.

+ Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.

+ Utilize command line diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

+ Collaborate with team members to enhance inter and intra-team development.

+ Operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple priorities.

What's Needed?

+ 1+ years of experience in Computer Hardware and Networking.

+ 1+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems.

+ Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex technical information.

+ Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong situational awareness.

+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying degrees of supervision.
