Job Description
The Reliability Electrician is responsible for maintaining and supporting all electrical equipment within the facility, including electrical system components such as MCCs, inverters, motors, and control systems like PLCs, robotics, and other associated automation equipment. They will oversee advanced troubleshooting and equipment repairs, ensuring these activities contribute to safety, quality, and productivity by minimizing downtime.
In addition, they will develop proactive maintenance plans, including preventive and condition-based maintenance, and manage work orders that support process changes. The Reliability Electrician will also provide mentorship to other Reliability Electricians (II-IV) and oversee various work assignments related to manufacturing systems.

Skills and Requirements
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, etc. environment
Strong experience with post-install work: troubleshoot, repair, preventative maintenance for electrical equipment once installed (circuits, panels, motors, MCC, switches/switchgear, solenoids, inverters, process controls, sensors, etc)
o INSTALL = run wiring, set up equipment
o POST-INSTALL = troubleshooting all electrical systems & automated equipment
Hands-on troubleshooting PLC
Ability to revise/write code for PLCs is a plus
Experience working with automated equipment (robotics, conveyors, AGV, CNC, etc.) null
