Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Configuration Role: Focus on configuring existing core HCM modules.
Initial Phase: Start off for the first 2-3 sprints (6 weeks) partnering with a seasoned bank employee.
Programming: Develop programs according to the bank's needs.
Documentation Review: Analyze and learn from documentation prepared by developers to understand the current setup.
PO Check Attendance: Participate in PO checks where developers present to business partners and facilitate feedback exchange.
Post-6 Weeks: Begin developing own stories after a peer review period.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HCM Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role involves configuring existing core HCM modules, providing solutions, and ensuring the best practices moving forward. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HCM, excellent documentation skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Skills and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in HCM.
HCM Expertise: Proficient in changing personal information within HCM systems.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to guide through extensive documentation and maintain high-quality documentation.
Solutions-Oriented: Focus on providing solutions rather than just closing stories.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
Research: Ability to research and implement the best practices for configuration. Expectations:
Configuration Focus: Configure for current needs and strategize for future improvements.
System Knowledge: Deep understanding of the system capabilities and ability to introduce new functionalities to the business.
Project Leadership: Highlight projects led, new functionalities implemented, and solutions diagnosed rather than just patching problems. null
