Job Description

An employer is looking for a Digital Product Owner, who in collaboration with the scrum team is responsible for the execution of product roadmap.

Act as a technical product owner, leading initiatives independently and collaborating with teams.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, team demos, and document business release notes.

Partner with value stream architects, technical SMEs, and UX designers to develop solutions that meet business goals.

Conduct design reviews, test case reviews, and end-to-end impact analyses.

Continuously groom the backlog and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Advocate for end-users by understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors through research and feedback.

Translate technical changes into business value and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals.

Create and maintain detailed artifacts such as user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years as a Digital Product Owner supporting scrum teams in SAFE Agile environment

o Experience building out digital applications and mobile applications in iOS and Android

o Ability to work with value stream architects, technical SMEs, UX designers to come up with solutions and ensure that solution & design meets business needs

o Create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using various tools (i.e. Rally, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)

GCP experience/knowledge

Device integration experience with wellness products (Apple watch, Fitbit, Garmin etc)

Ability to easily understand and converse on technologies such as Postgres, Oracle, Java, JSON, database concepts (stored procedures, SQL) - hands on development experience not required

SQL skills Should be able to query databases and understand the results null
