    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •​* Accountable for management, creation, maintenance, and governance of customer master data for the Americas.

    * Will provide guidance and support new business models, and provide internal support to master data team members, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing.

    * Responsible for US Electronic ordering process by monitoring failed orders in D365 staging table and processing them accordingly,

    * Responsible for master data in Xtracta to ensure that OCR orders are processed accurately and timely.

    * Responsible for monitoring failed transmissions for both incoming and outgoing documents and ensuring failed documents are processed/received accordingly.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * 5+ years of overall supply chain or customer master data experience

    * Associate Degree 3 to 5+ years of overall supply chain or customer master data experience OR

    * Bachelors Degree 1-3+ years of overall supply chain or customer master data experience.

    * ​EDI transmissions experience

    * Optical recognition software

    * ERP system experience

    * At least 5 years experience in ERP data governance, data management or supply chain data.

    * Brings a strategic mindset to driving solutions, highly focused on delivering results

    * Manages ambiguity even when the problem is unclear and outside of the teams immediate responsibilities

    * Business insight to make the link between complex data and impact to business process, ability to transfer knowledge across diverse stakeholder groups

    * Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience with interpersonal skills and professional maturity
