    Experienced Automotive F&I Manager

     

    Are you a dynamic and results-driven F&I Manager with a passion for luxury vehicles? Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines is looking for an experienced professional to join our team and provide exceptional financial services to our valued clients.

    Responsibilities:

    + Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

    + Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

    + Maintain strong lender relationships and secure the best financing options

    + Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts

    + Provide a seamless and professional customer experience

    + Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.

    + Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex. Protective coating applied)

    + Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times.

    + Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership

    + Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and compliance

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    + A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

    + High ethical standards and commitment to customer service

    + Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, or similar software is a plus
