    As an **Armed Security Officer** you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

     

    ***Now Hiring Part Time Evenings** to include all or part of the weekend.

     

    Electronic Access Control and CCTV Exp and/or Above Average Computer skills** **, Overnight ARMED Security Patrol Officers in Pennsburg!*

     

    + **Sat Sun Mon (24+ hrs). Additional hours possible.** **4PM-Midnight**

     

    Electronic Access Control and CCTV Exp and/or Above Average Computer skills required** **ACT 235 Required (Concealed Carry Permit does not meet requirement)** **Referral Bonus Available For ARMED Positions

    $25.50 after qualifying with company firearm

    Responsibilities:

    + **Electronic Access Control and CCTV Exp and/or Above Average Computer skills**

    + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + ***PA ACT 235 CERTIFICATION (Pennsylvania Only) REQUIRED***

    + ***Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles***

    + ***Must have 1+ years combined of unarmed or armed security/law enforcement/military experience or the equivalent***

    + ***Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time***

    + ***Must be able to work outdoors in the elements***

    + ***Must have intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites***

    + ***Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills***

    + ***Access Control / Access Badge experience preferred***

    + Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
