    Part-Time Regional Sales Assistant – Chemical Manufacturing & Distribution

    About the Role:

    Join a dynamic and growing company in the chemical manufacturing and distribution industry as a Part-Time Regional Sales Assistant. In this highly visible support role, you'll work closely with our sales team to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support strategic sales initiatives.     What You’ll Do:

    • Maintain and update customer pricing, special discounts, and product list pricing with accuracy and speed.

    • Keep detailed records of price quotes, revisions, and bid outcomes to support sales strategy.

    • Respond promptly to internal and external requests for product data, SDS documents, and usage reports.

    • Assist in identifying new sales leads and updating supply chain information.

    • Compile and analyze monthly sales data; contribute to reports for the Sales Director.

    • Monitor contract bids and track deadlines, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely responses.

    • Log and analyze the results of submitted bids to help optimize future submissions.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

    • Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and general data management.

    • Prior experience in sales support, pricing, or procurement (preferred but not required).

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience or interest in government bid platforms.

    • Exposure to the chemical industry or related technical sectors.

    Future Growth Opportunities:

    • Assist in tracking and registering new opportunities through government and private portals.
