    Key Responsibilities:

    + Input and format data for marketing campaigns and client reports using tools such as Google Sheets and Salesforce CRM.

    + Track and monitor ad performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.

    + Perform quality control checks on data sets to ensure accurate reporting for key performance indicators (KPIs).

    + Support audience segmentation efforts by updating and verifying customer demographic data across multiple platforms.

    + Generate weekly campaign analytics reports, ensuring timely delivery of insights to the marketing team.

    + Collaborate with campaign managers to update field templates for enhanced reporting accuracy.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in marketing, business, or analytics preferred.

    + 1-2 years of experience in data entry, ideally supporting marketing teams or departments.

    + Expertise in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and marketing tools such as Salesforce CRM or HubSpot.

    + Analytical skills with the ability to handle and process marketing data accurately.

    + Flexible, deadline-focused, and a team player with strong communication skills.
