Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Technician to join our team in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will perform a variety of advanced administrative tasks, requiring a strong understanding of organizational processes and practices. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for someone with a meticulous approach to detail and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret reports to address reporting and data-related issues.
• Conduct routine assignments, provide analytical insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and deliver presentations and detailed spreadsheet reports with a high level of accuracy.
• Participate in and lead special projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Respond to requests for information and data from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and external customers to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
• Oversee onboarding processes and assist with staffing coordination as needed.
• Validate and enhance operational plans to align with organizational goals.
• Maintain expense accounts and support business unit operations through effective planning and execution. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience or a combination of some college education and work experience.
• Proficiency in creating detailed presentations and spreadsheet reports.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Familiarity with organizational policies and practices.
• Experience in documenting and improving processes and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
