Description

A local midsized law firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys with complex commercial litigation and occasional transactional corporate matters.

The salary range is 70-90k DOE and comes with medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with profit sharing, 15+ days PTO accrued annually, paid court holidays and the option to work from home 2-3 days per week if desired.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience supporting more complex cases of litigation

- Experience filing in Washington State and Federal court systems (PACER)

- Previous experience shelling, proofreading and formatting pleadings and other legal documents

- Experience drafting corporate meeting minutes, purchase and sale agreements or operating agreements a huge plus

- Skilled at calendaring and understanding of court deadlines

- Prior experience supporting multiple attorneys
