Description
A reputable, well-established midsize firm based in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its team. The firm is full-service and looking for a civil litigator who will specialize in employment, including providing advice and counsel to clients. The firm is known for its collaborative, client-focused approach.
This position will handle insured employment cases, management-side counsel, and general civil litigation with opportunities to work on complex, dynamic cases. The firm is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment and thrives on its collaborative and training-focused structure.

Key Responsibilities include:
+ Litigating cases in state and federal courts, including discovery, motions, and depositions
+ Drafting pleadings and client communications
+ Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
+ Providing advice and counsel to clients for management-side employment matters
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $175,000 with structured bonuses. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% employer-paid premiums); life and disability insurance; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a 3% contribution (and an additional discretionary contribution up to 1.5%), and paid holidays.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 4-6 years of litigation experience, including employment matters
+ Well-developed research, writing, and analytical skills
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Admission to practice in Oregon is required (Washington preferred)
