Description

Position: Civil Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join our civil litigation team. If you have 5–10 years of litigation experience, are proficient in law and motion practice and discovery, and have a genuine enthusiasm for trial preparation, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! While construction law experience is a plus, it is not required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Active bar membership and good standing with the California State Bar.

+ Minimum 5–10 years of litigation experience, including law and motion, discovery, and trial preparation.

+ Proven skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy with the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.

+ Trial experience (a major plus). Background in construction law (helpful but not required).

+ Compensation: Earn a competitive salary that aligns with your expertise and experience, with earnings between $130,000 - $150,000 annually.
